We take great pride in every piece that leaves our hands. Each item is handcrafted, quality-checked, and carefully packed before it reaches you.
Our Policy
All sales at Ayraa are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal taste.
When We Will Help
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received a wrong item different from what you ordered
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To raise any claim, an unboxing video is compulsory. Please record a clear, uninterrupted video from the moment you open the package — before removing any packaging, tags, or wrapping. Claims raised without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.
How to Raise a Claim
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via DM on Instagram or email at ayraasupport@gmail.com. Share your order details along with the unboxing video. We will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
Please Note
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
- Minor natural variations in stone placement, bead arrangement, or colour tone are characteristic of handcrafted jadau jewellery and do not constitute damage or defect
- Original packaging must be intact for any claim to be processed
